Summer School Time-table

We’re starting to get excited now summer school 2021 with the theme around the world is just around the corner. Our time-table this year will run as follows. Monday: A.M. Ballet – Africa, P.M. Modern – America Tuesday: A.M. Tap – Ireland, P.M. Drama – Travel Wednesday: A.M. Street – India, P.M. Musical Theatre – Egypt Thursday: A.M. Re-Cap the above work, P.M. Mini Show for parents. N.B. The show is dependent upon COVID restrictions at the time if needs be we will video the show for all parents to see.

SUMMER SCHOOL

This year we will be operating a bubble for summer school which will allow us 15 students however it does mean that students can not dip in and out for the odd day. By choosing this method we are able to offer another 5 students a chance to join us for this fun filled week of singing, dancing, craft and laughing. Our COVID policy will remain in place through out the four days, Monday July 26th – Thursday July 29th. Following yesterdays COVID announcement we will be keeping our numbers the same. We currently have 10 booked in. We will take a reserve list still and hopefully be able another 5 students if restrictions are changed / lifted on July 19th.

BREAKING NEWS!

Summer school is now fully booked. We are opening a reserve list as once COVID restrictions have been lifted we will be able to increase our numbers but for the time being we are sticking to existing guide lines as there is as yet no definite date as to when this will be able to happen. If you would like to be added to the list please let us know. Once again any extra spaces that become available will be delete with on a first come first served basis. SUMMER SCHOOL 2021

Emails have been sent out to all students containing both dates for your diary’s and registration forms for Summer school. Our theme this year for summer school is to be “Around the world” more information in the email. Please note that due to COVID restrictions we are limited to only 10 students, as things currently stand. I have already had some sign up so if interested please register. We will hold a reserve list. Really missed this event last year it’s a week full of Song dance craft and laughter.

Ladies and gents both your Tap and Keep-Fit classes are due to restart on Monday May 17th 2021. All my Tap clients have confirmed their places. Could anyone wanting to attend the Keep-Fit class please ensure you have booked your lesson as COVID restriction still remain in place and therefore numbers are limited. Introduce a friend /sibling is back! If you introduce someone to Dance-a-cise they will of course receive their free taster class and should they then register with us you will receive a free half terms worth of lessons (for one of your disciplines) at the start of the following term. Please note that a few of our classes are full. So if in doubt please check with us.

The John Gregory Memorial Shield

I have put we are feeling grateful because that is exactly how I feel. Chrystal Simmons cleans our hall and what an amazing job she does. When ever I go down there it’s clean and on a Saturday she used to clean the hall after we finish she now goes in super early and when I get there it is all clean and disinfected. My boys and I decided that we wanted our special shield presented to her this year in way of thanks. Thank you Chrystal for all you do for us.
