This group worked so hard today in the monthly stretch class. We had so much going on arm correction core strengthening balance & pointe work to list a few!

Dance-a-cise was established in 1985 and prides its self in being inclusive and welcoming to all. With a 💯 success in exams over the years we really are celebrating this our 40th year. Thank you all who attended our event today. We all got up and moving even taking our conga out into the square. All went home with a smile on their faces dance really does lift the mood. So “Let’s keep dancing!”
