The show!
Emails have started to go out with all show details for each student. You will find everything you need to know in the attached document. If you haven’t received one by early next week please contact us.
Show tickets
Please don’t forget to order your tickets for “A little bit of this a little bit of that 2023” on Saturday July 15th. Details on how to do this are included in the letter attached to the students consent forms.
Note for Saturday students
Please not that in the list of term dates sent out it stated that there would be no class on Saturday September 16th 2023 due the the railway exhibition this has now been cancelled and so classes will be as normal
Summer school
Please do not forget to return your summer school forms along with payment for theatre tickets if wishing to attend half the tickets we reserved have already been taken. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED
Show information
Please note that with only 6 Saturday’s until the show, costumes to be fitted,altered and washed and still some routines to be learnt it would be very much appreciated if we could have students attending all their classes and arriving ready to start their classes on time. We do fully understand that sometimes it is not possible to attend but it would be appreciated if dance could take priority for the next few weeks. Thanking you all in advance.
Change of date!
Could you all please note that due to a clash of dates we will have to change the date of our next exam session from March 16th 2024 to march 9th 2024. This will not effect any other dates i.e. the last week of term will end on march 16th.

PHOTOGRAPHS TO BE TAKEN THIS WEEK
Please attend class correctly dressed as our photographer will be taking the annual photos this week. You are welcome to bring siblings along for family photos too. You will be able to view/ order all photos on line and collect on presentation day. Phil will be in Wilmington on Wednesday and Saturday and Vigo on Thursday.
