Dance-a-cise was established in 1985 and prides its self in being inclusive and welcoming to all. With a 💯 success in exams over the years we really are celebrating this our 40th year. We are now taking reservations for next term (April) if you would like to book a free taster session at any of our classes please visit www.dance-a-cise.co.uk and complete an application form. Thank you all who attended our event today. We all got up and moving even taking our conga out into the square. All went home with a smile on their faces dance really does lift the mood. So “Let’s keep dancing!”

From 14:00/16:00 on Sunday we will be holding our “Lets dance” event at Vigo village hall. 2 hours full of fun, laughter and of course dance for the whole family. £2 per adult to get in all children under 16 free. Students over 16 free. Teas, coffee& squash on sale please bring own nibbles. Please spread the word this event is open to anyone.
Hi hope you’ve all had a lovely half term. All classes start back tomorrow 24th February. We are now counting down the weeks until our exam session. Week day students you have five lessons and Saturday students you only have 4 left. Please do try to attend all classes and be on time.
