If you want a really hard work-out this class isn’t for you but if toning up that body of yours and losing some of those unwanted inches is read on.
We start our class with 5 – 10 minutes low impact aerobics this is followed by stretching and toning exercises with plenty thrown in for those TUMS, BUMS and THIGHS.
There is no excuse not to give us a try. All you need are some comfy clothes a pair of trainers a mat to lie on and a bottle of water.
Looking for a excuse not to try us? Sorry I don’t think you will find one, not even age can be used at our sessions we have a wide range of participants from students to those with a bus pass.
You all work at your own pace under the watchful eye of Jan who varies the exercises every week as we all have our favorites.
Another bonus about coming to us for an exercise class we are pay as you go, so if for any reason you can not attend you’ve not lost anything apart an hour of fun and laughter whilst working that body.
